It's the perfect complement to Ektar, which is weird in direct sunlight but gorgeous on overcast days or in bright but indirect daylight. In contrast, Proimage 100 looks best in direct sun and is less compelling on overcast days and in indirect light. I still haven't figured out where Aerocolor IV fits in: it seems to be more like Ektar than ProImage in terms of where it shines; I don't really like it in full sun.

Yes!
I shot it in cloudy Baltimore and never cared for it. But now that I am in Sunny-16 LA it totally works for me. Before this I tried Portra 160 (too desaturated) and Ektar (too contrasty) here and they just don't jive in the bright harsh midday light of SoCal fatherhood.
I like Huss's Fojak Superia too but I honestly haven't tried it. Cine 50D and 400D look great too, but Pro Image is literally half the price right now. Pro Image $37 for 5-pack

Akshully the images I am posting labelled Superia is that. I stockpiled... I also have the Fojak stuff, and label it as such when I use it.
