Check that yours does not scratch film. Mine did (now fixed) and Leica acknowledged there was a batch of defective pressure plates that made it into the M6 and MP.
Easiest way is to take a roll of the cheapest film you have and feed it through. Then take out of the camera and check the undeveloped film. The scratches are much easier to see on the opaque undeveloped film base. If they exist they will be on the shiny side. Mine were mostly near the end of the film.

I had a couple of Vision 3 50D rolls laying around so I decided to put them into works.
After some research I found this site, sent my films to them and after a few weeks received back both perfectly developed in ECN-II films and excellent (dust free) scans. All at a reasonable price!
I did choose PREMIUM 40mp Log for the scans not quite knowing what to expect. It was a no brainer to bring the log encoded images to "normal" looking ones in PS. The images on 50D turned out practically grainless, silky smooth and very detailed at the same time.
