Photos nice but the top is busy. For all the photshoping sometimes a different selection in clothing is more important. A solid tone would let you see the face/eyes in a quieter manor.

On second glance I see what you mean. Hummm... I just want people to know that I did the retouching on the job... not the photo.
For what it's worth, I think your Photoshop skills are generally excellent. I'm just not with you on this color cast fix. I think it's too blue. It looks blue and the numbers indicate it too.
If it were me, I'd just lower the saturation on the original a tad and leave it at that. Obviously I wasn't there when the shot was taken, but assuming the sweater stripes are really grey, the color on the original post looked ok. Even the whites of her eyes look pretty good.
Frankly, she's a gorgeous redhead. There's nothing wrong with flaunting it. But that's just my opinion.
