I have spent some time and configured what I think to be a very good multiple flash bracket. It will include everything you see in the photo (minus ballhead). I have used this with both my 105 VR and 200mm with great success.

I think for the cost of the pieces included a price of $160 shipped and paypalled is fair.

I see 4 ballheads - two on the arms, one on the tripod and one at the middle. Is it only the tripod one that is not included or both it and the one directly above?

The only one that is not included is on the gitzo.

I believe this to be sold however.
