First post in the freebie thread, hope this is okay here:
Just bought some Extreme III CF cards, all came with codes for a free download of RescuePRO recovery software. First 3 PM's will get a code each to download this software.
Wow, a light box!! I feel old. I have a Silk "Universal 112AF" tripod with a built in "single action panhead" Haven't used it in quite a while though I used to run it all the time. Still works great. Free to anyone who will pay shipping. Probably run $15 - $18 UPS ground. Weighs about 6 pounds made of aluminum. Maybe a student on a "no budget"?
Also found a legal copy of Windows XP Pro that IS NOT installed anywhere so it should be legal to share it. It is pre Service Packs so whoever takes it will have to go through a complete Service Pack upload/install nightmare!
Send me a PM with name, address etc. and off it will go.

I do believe the hard drive has a new home unless I don't hear back. If it falls through I will repost to be fair I guess
And finally (at least until the next round of box cleaning!) a Maxtor DiamondMax 10 300 gig PATA133 hard drive. It will take me a few days to get the drive completely wiped, wrapped and boxed up so it will go to a patient person only as I have enough stress from being out of work! )

Just wondering if anyone knows of a program or school or something that might be in need of some spare computer parts? I have mainly a few Plextor CDR writers and a plain vanilla dvd player. All are for internal installation.
I will need to go through the parts box to get exact quantity etc. but thought I would ask so they don't end up just being trashed as all are working.
In town but across the USA from you we have an agency called CREAM, whose aim is to resell used PC & Mac parts in order to help the lower income community and keep tons from entering our landfills. If you don't mind shipping small lightweight items I'd be happy to get you their email address. Nice thought Derek.
