Looks like I might have to build on my own L collection. Getting an 85 has gotta be easier than getting a 600 from the US (three weeks on and still waiting for Australian credit card verification to go through ).
I've stated many times that I think this glass is second to none when it comes to portraiture........here is one of my daughter Julia that I have posted before..........85L @f2!

-All little kids are cute...but this may well be the prettiest little girl I've ever seen.
Be aware of the heavy flaring and internal reflections when shooting strongly backlit subjects with this lens wide open. Wait. THERE ARE NONE! YEAH BABY, YEAH!

Here's what you can expect from Swedish summer mornings in terms of light. I don't think the wood anemones (white flowers) will still be around by then, but you get the idea.
