I find the idea of having to learn another heavy processing software for video a bit daunting at this point. I have a bunch of GoPro videos from Cat’s playing days that I haven’t done much with. Just archive right now.

I think I tried a DaVinci trial, but there was just so much to learn and I had no time for that.

Just like when I tried learning photo shop for the first time then I stopped for a long time, now I hardly remember half the things to use or do.
.
Anyone hear anything from Jo or BAdriver ?

Here's the website:

The drop down menu for conversion options is pretty complete.

Did I say how much I don't care for soccer, in winter. Not because it is soccer, but because in Texas soccer is played outside in the winter. At least the temperature for this game was only 46° (F) with little wind.

Here are some shots from Dallas Love Field. The weather has been a little bit brisk, but what a gorgeous blue sky we've had recently.

My good friend Larry Grace just sent me pix of his new Nikon Z9 set up, he's excited! The camera is pretty amazing! These guys going head to head can only be a good thing for all of us.

I moved five yards of crushed rock yesterday for our Tioga project. My math was off a bit I guess so three more yards are arriving this afternoon. Picked up 18 2x6x12's for the base, yikes!, I probably should have had security to transport them to Tioga!

That makes me appreciate my lumber yard. I set up an account with them when I started building my house and they give me free delivery and pick-up. I usually order 10-20% extra so I can pick the better pieces. Then they come back to get the leftovers and credit my account. Haven't bought lumber from a big box store since! I just replaced the boards on my 16' trailer. They delivered the boards. I had two left over, but I decided to keep them since I can always use a 2x10x16 for sumthin!

That's a good relationship to have Ray! I hand picked the 2x6's and it took 30 of them to produce the 18 perfect ones. Next will be 9 sheets of tongue in groove decking. My electrical guy is going to trench power to the building in a week or so.

I imagine the quality of the lumber is lacking these days with all the shortages. You were probably lucky to find them, but then shorter boards may be easier to find. I have been watching framers build new homes as I drive around here. I see roofs begun, then left for a week or so until they return to finish it. Normally homes are dried in within a month, but these are taking much longer, and these are very nice homes. Have fun with that project Jim.

I took these finally. I am not too thrilled with the sharpness of the Canon 27-300IS on a 5DSr. But I needed something as a "ride along". Missed way to many photos with no gear.

Dont be surprised if a gunship or a Blackhawk circles your "ranch". A wiggle and a wave they will give you! "ole Blue Was A Good Dog Too"!!

Those look like young-uns Dan! Your Ft. Hood buds fly over the farm daily. They use KTPL as a practice field for landing and such. It gets quite noisy here when a CH-47 5 ship comes over the house at 2000 feet. Sound of freedom.

Oh boy isn't it Ray!
I am on one of the flight paths to Camp David and Site 6(
)
and I can hear the olde Huey's and newer helios as they approach from the S.
Jim's nephew's unit is the crew fly over!
Dan

There are about 15 longhorns in this farme's pasture. I cant get close enough to them without barbed wire and an electric fence on 2 properties.
Next time I will just "drop in" on my neighbor and ask his permission to follow them around!

Let us know if you need anything else. Our shelves are looking a little thin here and there. I'm sure that the idiots in Washington are getting it all worked out, right after they have gotten the Afghan Gender Studies program up and running............

And the midnight flights landing at obscure airfields loaded with "unknowns" and bused all over the place at tax payer expense and in violation of laws.

My mother and her family were immigrants from Italy during the Fascist regime. All legal immigrants are NOT happy!!!
They obeyed the immigration laws!

Yeah still not rice krispies here either and shelves are really bare.
Thanks!

Jim, on my last trip to Wisconsin, I drove by a city in Indiana, it's called South Bend. The only reason I even heard of the city was because of "Mayor Pete", who is now the Secretary of DOT. I wonder what kind of qualification/experience he had in the transportation field to land that job, other than endorsing Brandon in the primary after he pulled out? This craziness goes in both parties. Remember W. Bush's FEMA director Mike Brown?

Some shots of flying subjects at least, from Cambridge, Maryland, on Thursday. Sorry, I didn't get a blonde, only a redhead (the first picture). That's what they are called, redheads, but the females' heads are not red like the males. they are rather plain looking.

You all have a great weekend.
