Got a text from the real estate agent on Wednesday, saying that the house I shot for her is already under contract.
"Only realtor saw. Buyer had left on plane in morning. Agent sent listing and I sent photos with your info and that they were copyrighted and just for her and to show immediate family/ close friends. If that is not an endorsement I don't know what is."
Edit to add TOPP
I attempted to do a pano the other night but it won't stitch right, so a couple frames....
If you'll forgive me for digressing onto something completely different, I just posted an article on LinkedIn that I think a few of you might like. Obviously I'm happy to have it liked, commented or shared, but I'm also very interested in your feedback on whether you liked it, found it readable and interesting, and (most of all) find the content useful.
I write these to try to be useful, not to make myself look good. If I can do both, then great... it's one of the few useful marketing avenues I have. But I refuse to write crap just to fill space.
I used my 1Dx2 on an evening shoot for the first time last night and discovered that the cable release for my 1Dx doesn't fit the 1DxII!! In fact there doesn't seem to be a cable release socket on the 1Dx2 and I can't see a device listed anywhere. I coped by using the delay on 2 seconds, but can anyone tell me if that is so - and, if not, what cable release I should get

The remote release port is on the right hand side of the camera, above the on / off switch for the vertical grip.
Mark, I'd loved to have gone, it's even my weekend off work, but it's not meant to be this year. Hopefully they have warmer weather than the year I did attend!
I'm not attending Alliance this year. My Dad is visiting from the UK and we're all going to Reklaw fly-in instead. Weather is set to be below freezing on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Oh, and we're camping.

Neat angle with the moon, but I have to say the bottom half is way too hot. I'd use a gradient to both darken and change the lighting color.
