I purchased this Canon 30d body from tanglefoot47 at the end of August. I was contemplating jumping ship to Canon (from d80). Honestly, I feel like the d80 and 30d take very similar photos, so I'm sticking with Nikon because I have more glass. Just upgraded to the D300.

Danny, I've pm'd the original owner to see if he had an accurate count prior to selling. I probably took 1000-1500 clicks. So, I really need to check with the previous owner before I can give a guesstimate.
Previous Owner states approx. 5000k clicks, so I would say approx 6000-7000. He owned it from May to August. I purchased in August.
This is a great camera I only sold to buy the 40D. As you all know I never have a piece if equipment long and when I sold it to Kerrie it had very low shutter clicks on it. I am sure it only had about 5000 give or take a few hundred.
well, i guess i am jsut excited to have my OWN camera ... i mean i have a 30D right now ... but it belongs to the school...along wiht teh 70-200 2.8 and a 580 EXII
they are goin to have to PRY it from my hands ... but it will be so nice having something i can call my own
