Well - seeing as I'm getting back into a 120-300, I want to finally setup my monopod to handle the lens like it should. Therefore, I am looking for a monopod head setup of the type that RRS does, specifically:
Bogen 3232 + a RRS LR clamp + hardware to fit it together.
I can also just piece this together, I'd need a RRS LR clamp and a bogen 3232. I'm not 100% sure about the LR clamp being threaded/non-threaded (don't remember at the moment) so if someone know about that --> PM me.
