I got to part with my Nikon D1X, in very good condition, cosmetically and working condition. The set includes D1X camera (not memory upgraded, I am always satisfactory with its speed, but you can get it upgraded at Nikon service), battery, AC adaptor, strap, cable, manual, and a 256 Hi-speed CF.
