corposant: Really like both of those. The second is better, to me, because the lines on the left and right really pull you into the middle of the photo.
elbeasto...the color in that high rise and the sky is just amazing...it's a fantastic perspective! I wish I had thought of doing something like that while I was in Hong Kong...lots of amazing structures there.
On my way to lunch with a friend today I had some spare time, so I sat down next to these guys. Didn't take too long before they started asking me about my camera, mostly about how much it cost me. At first I told them that it didn't matter how much it cost, as long as it got the job done.
But one of the guys kept asking so I finally told them, they were shocked to say the least I then explained it was just a tool and that a carpenters tools would cost just as much, they got the point.
They were drinking something we call "rødsprit" mixed with water, in English I think it's called methylated spirits/alcohol, nasty stuff.
When it was time for me to leave they asked me to snap a picture, so naturally I did:

HK would be an awesome place to shoot architecture I agree, you'll have to go back there again with your camera!
