This was taken with a D1 and a Nikkor 135mm f2.8. Images were layered on PS. There were no changes on the raw files, just a reconstruction of the time lapse sequence...
It was a pretty windy and chilly evening when I shot this, I mean, very windy ~ which is good, good enough to push away the rain clouds .

So the server might have a special algorithm on it, it's called "tag your it"

I believe the problem with the first post on a new page not showing up until a second one is added is caused by a deletion of a post on an earlier page.
This act for some reason messes up the algorithm of pagenumbers.
The administrators / moderators know how to fix it.
It happened now and then to the huge Leica DMR monsterthread on the alternative board, at the time when the Leica gentlemen were still around.
Anyway, if you don't see the latest post all you need to do is to add 1 to the pagenumber in the url and the last post will show up on top of the next page.

I posted this shot in the sports forum recently, but while I'm disappointed with the angle I had on this play, I couldn't believe the kid that slid like this into second got up and stayed in the game. Just a crazy crazy slide. Look carefully, that's his FOOT touching his HELMET. He spit out a little dirt and stayed at second. Tough li'l tyke he is...

alex lloyd coming past turn 3a at infineon raceway last weekend. alex not only won the race but clinched the indypro series championship for 2007 with two races left in the season still to go. (nikon d200 + nikon 70-200VR)
