Thx Mortyb! Just a little bleach bypass in Nik color efex pro in a seperate layer - don't remember exactly the setting there. And a little sharpening on the eyes using the lasso tool. In camera sharpening set to 0. Added a little vignetting too.

Went to the zoo yesterday and got a surprising amount of good shots considering they were all shot through glass or wire fencing (except the meercat). All with D300 and Sigma 150 macro. Most only have cropping and perhaps a tiny contrast alteration.
