My brother runs sound for a band, and I went with him to a gig last weekend. The venue was main street outdoors in a tiny midwest US town. Light was mixed, mainly from low output cans for the stage, plus a bit from the street lights (yuck!). The D700 pulled through as always. These were ISO 6400, using a Nikon 300mm AF-S f/4 wide open, hand-held at 1/125s.

Is that last one a Flying Shower Head that shorted out? It's been all over the news around here about shoddy electrical work.
