It's a downed b52 bomber, that was left there since the vietnam war. I believed this one actually contained john mccain, which he was then imprisoned and tortured for 5 years after he was captured.

As it's already be said, that is no McCain's aircraft. I'm pretty sure his plane was obliterated upon impact. The B52 in the shot above was shot down during the Christmas bombings of 1972.
