For about 7 months last year, I was doing video production for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals)... you know, the organization responsible for some of the farther "out-there" animal rights propaganda. Well, they were joking about selling an "Evil Colonel Sanders" costume around Halloween time on their blog in an effort to raise awareness about awful the treatment of chickens on farm suppliers for KFC... and it was known that I can take a decent shot or two. So I got volunteered (AKA volun-TOLD).
Long story short, PETA Vice President and animal rights activist Dan Matthews volunteered to model the outfit. I was asked to do the shoot for their website, and well... I'll let the pics speak for themselves from here! Say what you will about the politics of PETA as an organization, but dammit this was a fun shoot!
