I was thinking it was the Fiduciary Building, shot this as I was being taken for a very fast, long walk from Northeastern U to Fenway/Kenmore Square down through Boston Public Gardens and Boston Commons to South Station a couple years ago. Boy did I feel out of shape at the end of that walk!

not sure......... i live in south carolina. was just up there visiting my wifes family(stoughton/bridgewater primarily but her uncle lives off of Tremont) this shot was taken while i was driving and had the camera in my hand........ was stuck in traffic at the time

Now that I think about it, I think you've nailed it, the "pregnant building" I'd forgotten all about that one. The view is from the Congress St side. (Dug around on googlemaps street view to find it) There are some crazy shaped buildings in Boston's financial district for sure.
of course, noone ever said that this post had to necessarily mean shot's taken with a Nikon........... perhaps shots taken OF a Nikon for instance this picture i took at an anniversary party that happens to contain a Nikon P&S camera.
