How did you get the dandelions? Did you use a black backboard or were you simply able to get that background by good fortune? I like that shot and the grass.
Pavel, I brought the dandelions in to my studio. 53" Black paper was used as the backdrop. Grass I shot from the car...It just stuck in my eye on a back country dirt road...so I backed up to compose and shot from the car. I was out hunting for bald eagles, and osprey.
Did Nikon shot itself on the foot with such a good entry level camera? Why would anyone need anything more expensive. I am talking not just image quality but also usability. Once one gets used to the "i" button, changing camera settings become so easy. I
do you guys mind if i abuse this thread to promote the nikon D40? it really is an amazing camera! check this one. shot whit a D40 throug glass @ iso1600 1/125 195mm.
