This one appears to be a case of identity theft. For some reason, the bubblegum card sellers always seem to be the ones whose accounts get hacked... I contacted the account owner, who was quite surprised to hear he was selling a digital camera. The hacker has now changed the account name, eBay has been notified by both me and the real account holder, but to no avail.
