looks hot... I can almost feel my tongue being scorched. Nice caputre, I think the choice of a red cup and saucer on a cool blue table adds to the impact you are intending.

I tought exactly the same thing when I saw it on my monitor.
I guess this effect its due the spot I placed the remote flash. Almost in front of the camera.

But it sure looks like smoke.
