p.2 #2 · What is this "Goldfinger" lens I keep hearing about?
AdamT (one savvy dude) from Dpreview had a very sharp copy of the gold one vs a black one he had or compared it against and that`s how the (gold one is better) rumor got started. We all know lens copies often can vary.
I think it`s been proven more often than not that optically they are the same.
Anything else is hogwash IMO.
I had a super sharp black one when I was shooting Canon.
