A challenging assignment this week. Went looking for a cop or fireman or someone for this weeks assignment. Saw this guy on the way, working as darkness approached. Comments always welcome.
Gotsy, this is a beautiful picture! The whole setting and composition are just a perfect complement to the welder in action… The subtle overall pattern created by the chain link fence turns the sky into a background just cut for this capture. Congratulations…
Thanks Andy, the actual picture is very close to a B&W. With night approaching the only part of the picture which had color was the welder. Still to reduce the noise because of the high ISO and to accentuate the welder, the photo was converted to a B&W with the color retained in the welder.
