All pm's and email's replied. Still no solid commitment. I also offered to another interested buyer that If you do not want the RRS plate, you can take off $50 from the price. So that brings the price of the camera kit and an extra battery to $2700. Can't believe that I am selling it at this price...
Those of you looking for a studio camera, the 1Ds is a better choice than the 5D. Firewire, 45pt AF (read: focusing points where you want them w/o the need to recompose) and more accurate metering. At $2700 I'm tempted to buy it as a backup! That's CHEAP people!
Definetely its a great price, compared to what we have to pay over here in EUROPE
1ds at this condition is selling for around 3000-3200 euro (eq. to 3600+ US$)........
