I have visited both stores while in NYC. I found the sales reps at both places to be very friendly. Most are not experts though and the level of information they know about what they are selling is extremely variable but they have all been reasonable on the phone or in person. I do not like talking much when there is a problem and one thing I can say is that when there is a problem, I usually get good service by simply sending an email. May take a day or two but i do get service.
