I haven't been able to shoot much with the 10-22 (had to borrow a friends), but the perspective is very fun. I plan to get it or the Tokina once I save up.

Note: I had to blend this exposure (one for sky, one for snow). I am thinknig about trying it again as an HDR image using the Photomatrix software. Haven't had time to try it yet.

I don't have any super wide angle and I have very few shots with my wide angle lens.

Lars: You always have some great shots, may I ask how you produce the frames on your pics?

Thanks.

15mm Fisheye (Sigma) on a 10D. My new favorite lens for a 1.6 crop camera. Shots are not defished.

This is a most interesting thread. Instead of arguing on the sharpness of the lens we are having, about frong and back focusing, contrast, the miscellaneous merits of exotic lens made by exotic manufacturers, we have pictures one after another, to inspire, to share and to teach.

Well said. Thank you to all contributors.

Sorry but a couple of these are with my Nikon 12-24 before I "saw the light" and bought a couple of 20Ds.
I hope the images are what count.

Hi Richard,
Without doing a lot of digging I'm quite sure all are about 16-22mm equivalent.
Hope that helps.
Henry

Thanks Isaac, down around here everyone shoots wildflowers, so i was just trying to come up with something that would stand out from the crowd, and the 8mm really made that possible.
