This is a really cool shot in many ways, I'm not very hot about the blown clouds and wish the little flowers in the front left of the river were not there. But that's just me. Really a great photograph and I'm also curious about what lens and IR filter you used to accomplish this with the 20D.

I used the Sony F828 with a Hoya r72 IR filter and an ND4 and an ND8 filter. In my opinion, the Sony F828 is the best IR camera for B&W, but if you want color go with the 717. It has something to do with the four color ccd, if you ask me.

I plan on getting a digital rebel converted to IR from maxmax.com
The reason I want the rebel is because I can get one second hand for about $400 and convert it for another $400 or so. Shooting RAW will be nice
