Pentax MZ-M (ZX-M) 35mm Film SLR Camera with Pentax 35-80mm f/4 Lens
A rare and increasingly sought-after manual-focus Pentax film camera.
The Pentax MZ-M (sold as the ZX-M in North America) was introduced in 1997 and is often regarded as the spiritual successor to the legendary Pentax K1000. Unlike most cameras in the MZ/ZX series, the MZ-M was designed specifically for photographers who preferred a traditional manual-focus shooting experience.
Pentax removed the autofocus system, added manual-focus aids, and created a lightweight, easy-to-use camera aimed at students and photography enthusiasts.
