We had so much rain in Tucson recently. I managed to head out to Gates Pass in hopes of catching a gap in the storm and succeeded. I got some dramatic raking light from the setting sun for some shots, and then had a great view of a the clearing (temporarily clearing) storm in the Quinlan Mountains (where Kitt Peak National Observatory is). The storm was roiling the atmosphere, so in my longest lens, you could see a lot of shimmer, but I think it added to the atmosphere of the shots.
