I have not tried it yet. Saw a reddit thread and didn't see people complaining yet.
Hopefully we will get some good updates for years to come on this body. It should have more memory and more CPU to handle larger updates.

It was released 10 days or so ago, and a few of us have discussed it here. I installed it and had some reservations initially, but they were all in my head, camera works great. I grabbed this shot from my driveway this morning in pretty low angle sunlight, specifically wanting to test out eye-detect with the new FW. It worked great, tiny square locked in almost immediately, even when the eyeball was in full shadow. This image has been denoised, but otherwise basically sooc. Handheld this is about as good as I can do with this lens+1.4xTC, so I am happy with it:
