Thanks, James. A very solemn space, indeed. I didn't know anyone specifically there, but in my Italy travels, I've frequently visited cemeteries. They offer tremendous insight into culture, and Italy has tombs literally dating back thousands of years. The art is magnificent and they are never crowded like the prime tourist locations. I spent about three hours in this cemetery and saw maybe 20 people, with 15 of those in a single group being led by a guide.
