Your situation may be different from mine, but I got a notice that my membership had lapsed since my payment was not received. There was a transaction in my Paypal account (US based) showing I had paid. I sent Fred a note. He replied that there were some bugs in the system that he was fixing and that my membership had be corrected. Don't know if your payment was also subject to the same problem, but I suggest you send Fred a PM.
