Presenting the ugliest X-T5 you will probably see today. The person I bought it from said they crashed their bike a couple years back and the camera took a fall. The rear LCD cover glass is cracked, there's a considerable scuff on the prism, and dust under the sensor glass.
We'll start with the scuff -- its ugly, but doesn't have any impact on images.
The LCD cover is broken, but the LCD works as it should, including touchscreen functions.
The sensor -- there's five pieces of dust that will not come off, and are apparently between the glass and the sensor. Against a grey sky, they are visible by f/4, and in all circumstances, visible by f/11. I had intended to send the camera to Kolari to have them replace the sensor glass and (hopefully) eliminate the dust problem. But I've left the Fuji system, so I never got around to sending it. Cost would have been around $350.
Shutter count is a bit under 14k.
So who is this camera for? Someone who stays close to wide open on lenses. Street photographers, portrait photographers, astro photographers likely won't be bothered by the sensor. Landscape shooters will have to clone out up to five spots, depending on the subject.
All other functions seem to be working.
Camera comes with a grip/bracket, one Fuji battery, two Neewer batteries, and a new Smallrig kit of two batteries and a charger. Price is net to me and includes ground shipping in the U.S.
