I like the lighting and the wing curl Paul. The water trail seems sharp yet the bird is less sharp. I think you could address this with decent processing software that can address motion blur or slight focus issues. I use Topaz Photo for this. I like the photo.

Such a cool bird and in great light with an awesome pose with the fish! Nice work!
I'm with Morris on his processing advice, the shot is worth squeezing every last drop out of, if there is more to be had.

While I'm sold on the subject and framing, the presentation is a bit wobbly in ways many of you have accurately pointed out. My fixes just seem to make things worse, so I'll just quit.
