I have for sale a Leica Macro Adapter R (ROM) 14299, NOS, boxed and MINT!
The Leica Macro Adapter R with ROM Contacts (14299) is a 30mm extension accessory designed to mount Leica R lenses onto camera bodies for close-up and macro photography.
Extension Length:
Extends the focusing range by 30 mm to decrease minimum focus distance and increase magnification.
ROM Contacts:
Includes electronic ROM contacts for data communication between compatible lenses and camera bodies (such as the Leica R8/R9).
Function Retention:
Maintains automatic diaphragm function, full-aperture metering, and manual or aperture-priority exposure modes.
Compatibility:
Works best with lenses over 50mm and is notably tailored to pair with the Macro-Elmarit-R 60mm f/2.8, enabling a 1:1 reproduction ratio.
