My wife's primary goal in traveling to Alaska was to see the Arura. We spent 10 days traveling around Alaska and it never happened and then on our flight home my wife said "What is that?" At first it was just a white blur and then the color came out and it danced a bit. The photos was taken out our aircraft window with my Pixel 6 in Night Sight mode. Then processed in Photoshop to remove some reflections, the wing tip light and some noise removal in Topaz Photo.

40 years ago I spent many nights staring up at the night sky while on a 10 day rafting and hiking trip in Alaska. There were many ribbons of red and green dancing in the sky. What a show!
