Be cautious about ordering from Negative Supply. They have a policy of not allowing any returns and of not allowing any cancellations, even within minutes of making an order. Their customer service is non-existent--they simply do not respond--and they generally deliver product 5-6 weeks after an order is placed. To me, Negative Supply operates more like a bizarre cult than like a real company.
Here is what happened:
I ordered a copy stand and associated accessories from them on their web site and then decided within a few minutes I might want a different version of the copy stand, which I was also planning on buying from them. I called their "Customer Service" phone number, got voice mail, left a message, and got no response. After a couple of days of not hearing anything, I emailed their "Customer Service" address, asking to cancel the order and again got no response. After a few more days, I filled out their "Customer Contact" form on their website, but again I got no response. And all I was trying to do was to cancel an order that in the first instance I had placed less than an hour before--and that they would not deliver for five or six weeks.
I never did hear anything from their "Customer Service" which seems not to even exist as a function at the company.
Everything they sell can be replaced by products available from other sellers that operate like normal companies.
