p.1 #1Satellite Trails
Holy... cow. Here's a shot I took from the Grand Tetons - one exposure - Sone A7R6, Sigma 14mm f1.4, 1250 ISO, 13sec, f1.4

This has not been greatly processed, but... really, as far as I can tell, there are over 31 separate satellite trips in this shot. Is this what everyone's getting - we have to basically stack everything we do now?

Excellent catch the meteors and their bright fireballs that display beautiful bright streak lines

Do we have to stack everything now? In a word, yes. Whatcha got is a bunch of Starlinks. The situation gets better later in the night as the Starlinks are more shadowed, but we don't always have the luxury of waiting if we want the Milky Way positioned well. The upside is that stacks always produce superior results. The downsides are:
1.) Need to track
2.) Need to do separate sky and foreground exposures, because (1)
Frankly, tracking and stacking has always been my M.O., so it's little skin off my arse. But there are some scenarios where a single shot is needed or preferred, and that is problematic now and only going to get worse.
A mid-ground could be two quick exposures, stack the sky only to eliminate the satellite trails
