The above is the specs and new price for this. It's in like new condition. Essentially used a handful of times on a copy stand set up. I do not have the box, but the box was essentially a blank cardboard one anyway, no fancy packaging for Cambo lol. This allows you to mount and focus a variety of lenses that are optimized for macro or scanning.
