What is pictured is what is included - flash, pouch, accessories kit, no retail box for flash but I do have the retail box for the accessories kit.
Godox V1 Flash - retails $199

Godox AK-R1 Accessories Kit - retails $49
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1433988-REG/godox_ak_r1_accessory_kit_for.html
Rather than $250 new, I will let this go at $145 and include shipping to continental United States.
The flash has not been abused, and definitely not over-used (only used a handful of times during holiday events), and never dropped. Any dust in photos can be blown off, and any white marks are from my overhead lighting on my iphone photos.
Fee-less payments only, shipping to continental United States only.
