it is solidly-built and no leak/play either on the lens side or on the mount side.
you don't have the automatic lens (6-bit) identification but you gain close-focus capability. i honestly prefer using the Leica unless I'm going to need the CF capability.
The LLL is great if you want close focus. It seems very accurate at infinity, maybe just a bit short on some lenses, which is a good compromise. The Rayqual is tough to beat if you don’t need close focus and want the exact lens registration. It’s the most accurate adapter I’ve found, even compared to the Leica version which is also slightly short.
*Edit to clarify - the registration distance on both the LLL and Leica adapters is only slightly off at infinity. It’s enough to see wide open with a fast lens but not an issue with normal lenses at landscape apertures. The Rayqual produces exactly the same infinity focus as my M11, which I appreciate.
If you don't care about the 6-bit coding that the Leica version provides, grab the Light Lens Lab with the close-focus tab instead. It doesn't have electronic transmission, but the close-up feature is arguably even more useful, and it's built like a tank out of solid brass.

I ageee. The LLL Close focus version has outstanding build quality.
