I have for sale a Leica APO-Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH. Lens, boxed, complete, and mint, with warranty!
I am the second owner of this lens, and from the looks of it, it was either never used or maybe used once. It comes complete in the box with caps, all the paperwork and pouch case. It does not include the Leica filter, but I will substitute a mint B+W MRC UV XS-Nano filter, in the box.
I have the original bill of sale, and the Leica USA warranty is through 3/13/2027.
Peter Karbe, Leica's legendary optical designer, has indeed been quoted as saying that the APO-Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH. is his favorite Leica lens and possibly the best lens Leica has ever made.
Not much more to say, other than you'll save $2265.00 over new and you'll be hard-pressed to find a mint used Leica SL 35 APO Summicron with a warranty.
Dealers are selling this lens for $4000.00, and based on the photos, they are in lesser condition.
