Less than one year old, bought from B&H. Comes with original accessories and box. Had a filter on this lens since day one, so glass is in mint condition. Can't find any issues with the exterior of the lens either.
If you want the B+W 72mm filter with it, add $40 to the price, otherwise it is not included.

This lens is designed for Sony E Mount and works incredibly well on my Sony A1 Mark II. I am not sure why it does not have DN on the lens, maybe the L mount option can be used on DSLRs hence why the DN isn't on the lens name. You would have to reach out to Sigma and ask them why, I am unable to answer your question fully.

Thank you guys for the great information. I can confirm that yes indeed this just means that this is one the more recent releases from sigma and it is in fact for mirrorless cameras
