A Green Heron eating breakfast
p.1 #1A Green Heron eating breakfast
Nothing like a bit of wildfire smoke to make the light a little nicer. The heron was catching Dragon Flies to use a bate for the fish as it moved in and out of the sun.

Nice green heron shots, Morris. For me it is particularly photo #3 where I prefer the available light. The greeny has a healthy variety of food sources.

Nice Greenie shots, Morris. You saved the best for last in my opinion - great lighting and excellent action capture.

Fun sequence, I also like the last shot Morris. They do pretty good with those built in chop sticks, heh.

Hey Morris. I love green herons. Love the fish and water drop in the first one. As mentioned ,the last one is the winner here (at least in my mind ). Hope you post more greenies

Wow those are so vibrant and crisp! Nice work. The first one with water droplets is especially captivating.

Very nice shooting sir. The first two have quite the range of light with those bright reflective white flowers in the background and the bird in the shadows! Nice work.
