p.1 #1 · Semipalmated Plover

This Semipalmated Plover was on a mudflat at the Marine Nature Study area. It's one of my faverate spots to get very close to the wading birds as there is a spot where no grass block the view when I hold my camera near the ground. These photos were taken using my rear LCD flipped up to a conferrable angle.

Comments and suggestions welcome,

Morris

3) It must have been curious about my camera as it walked right up to it

4) I had to back up to focus for this photo

The real question is, after backing up to get in focus range, did you still have to crop?

Nice set Morris, I always liked these little animated guys and your low angles work well with them.
