Includes the built in lens hood, front and rear caps. If you're familiar with Alasdair McLellan's portrait work, then you'll be familiar with what this lens can do. This lens has an Auto/Manual switch for DOF preview and the outer plastic cover is cracked, held together with a bit of tape. In the few years I've owned this lens, there has been no issues with the switch (don't typically even need to use it, honestly) but wanted to disclose that.
