We had a large visitor in our front yard this evening, just as it was getting too dark to photograph (but of course I had to try anyway...). He seemed quite fascinated by our bird bath, and I was hoping he was going to take a dip, but after about ten minutes he flew away into the forest.

Excellent photos! The owl posed like you had trained him.
Taken in the dark but they cleaned up beautifully and there is no noticeable noise in the images as presented. Skillful processing.
