Just got back from Leica Germany with clean bill of health.
Was sent to NJ who shipped off to Germany (without telling me first).
I sent in because shutter speeds above1/500 would not work.
Camera would fire, but shutter wouldn't open. Camera worked fine besides that, but Leica nitpicked other things in order to charge me $950.
I received camera back last week after almost 3 months. The good in this is that it will come with a 1 year warranty on repair. Plastic still on bottom cover.
I have the box with instruction manual along with the Leica battery, charger and strap.
I will also give a copy of repair receipt.
Looking to trade even up for a Q3 43 or I will add cash for M EV1 or Hasselblad X2D II
