If you go to page 3/14 in the menu and hit Drive Mode. Scroll down to the 2nd option which is set to Hi mode. Then press the scroll wheel either right or left side and it will scroll through Hi, Mid and Lo. You can also access the settings through your function button, Fn, on the back of the camera.
