Hi There,
I'm trying to purchase Sony Custom Grid Line upgrade for my Sony A7 IV
- I checked it's available for A7 IV here
- I signed-up for an account
- After sign-up I saw an error stating this software isn't available in my region
- Have bounced around 3 different support teams who all say it isn't their department
- Signed-up to the Sony community but see a 'not available in your region' error
Does anyone have a contact at Sony (in any country) that might be able to help?
New Zealand is a first world country with money and everything!
